An encounter between photography and emotional release…

During the pandemic, I was unable to practise my profession. So I put my camera away and chose to turn that period of silence into a space for transformation by training in Ericksonian hypnosis and NLP.

I came to understand how we carry our stories within us – some beautiful, others painful, and others left unspoken…

Today, these two worlds come together to create a unique approach that combines photography with NLP, light hypnosis and various brief therapy techniques, which I have incorporated throughout my training.

This portrait is particularly close to my heart…

A portrait to restore self-esteem…

« The curious paradoxe is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change »

Carl Rogers

Why not take a moment to put those negative thoughts to sleep by exploring how your past experiences are shaping your life today?

This is not a traditional photo shoot. It is about gradually changing the way you see yourself through a transformative exploration of your story. This will help you create some emotional distance from whatever is holding you back or blocking you - making room for solutions and new resources.

It’s about reclaiming your image and your identity in a new way

The process:

Session 1: I gently start the session with a black-and-white portrait to then explore together your emotions and the patterns linked to your personal history.

Session 2: Several black-and-white portraits will be taken during the session, during which we’ll discuss the changes you’ve felt since the first session, that we’ll gradually bring to light and capture in images.

You will receive:

  • A preliminary telephone consultation

  • Two 75-90-minute sessions, one to two weeks apart

  • A follow-up call after each session

  • Self-hypnosis and breathing exercises

  • A private online gallery to choose your portraits

  • 4 B&W portraits (web format files)

  • 1 20×25 cm B&W Fine-art print (Museum quality)

190€

Additional 75-90 minute-session

60€

PLEASE NOTE:

During the sessions: there will come a point when you’ll stop noticing my camera. Your comfort is my priority, and the portraits I take during these sessions are captured with the utmost respect for you as a person.

The sessions are conducted as part of a solution-focused approach. They are not a substitute for therapy.

They can be wonderfully integrated into an ongoing therapy with a psychotherapist, a therapist, a counsellor.
